Who are the teachers on the platform?
Teachers on the platform are specialists in their fields with experience in online teaching. They try to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student.
What does the lesson look like?
The lesson takes place online on our interactive whiteboard. The teacher gets to know the student, finds out what is his problem, and what his goals are, and creates a training program. During learning, the teacher assigns homework, monitors the process, and communicates with parents.
Can I cancel/reschedule the lesson?
Regarding canceling or postponing a lesson, yes, you can always do so, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson using your personal student account.
Can I change my teacher while studying?
Yes, you have this option at any time. You can always request a second introductory lesson with a new teacher.
Can I cancel during the course?
If you decide you don’t want to continue your studies, you can get your money back. Simply write to BritishWe Support and state your reason for cancellation in the appropriate form.
