Terms and Conditions of the BRITISHWE Educational Service
§ 1 Preliminary Provisions- The educational service BRITISHWE, available at the web address https://britishwe.com, is operated by Muhammed Haydarov, conducting a sole proprietorship under the company name BRITISHWE MUHAMMED HAYDAROV, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business, NIP: 5842817827, REGON: 522029318.
- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Service and define the rules of using the website and the principles and procedure of concluding Distance Selling contracts of educational services through the Service.
- The Service offers English language courses for various age groups, including children aged 9-12 years, teenagers aged 13-17 years, adults, and exam preparation courses, divided into levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced.
- Courses are available individually or in groups, with the possibility of customizing the program to the individual needs of the student.
- Consumer – a natural person who concludes a contract with the Service, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Seller – Muhammed Haydarov conducting business under the company name BRITISHWE MUHAMMED HAYDAROV.
- Client – any entity making purchases through the Service.
- Service – the online service operated by the Seller at https://britishwe.com.
- Distance Contract – a contract concluded with the Client within an organized system of concluding contracts at a distance without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.
- Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions of the Service.
- Order – a declaration of intent by the Client made using the Order Form and aiming directly at concluding a Distance Selling contract of educational services with the Seller.
- Account – the client’s account in the Service, where data provided by the Client and information about their Orders are collected.

- The Seller is not responsible for disruptions in the functioning of the Service caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Service with the Client’s technical infrastructure.
- Course purchase process, payment methods, and access to courses: To place an Order, select the appropriate package available within a specific course and then sign up for the lesson schedule. After payment, the Client will receive a personalized link to the Zoom meeting.
- The Sales Agreement is concluded after the Client places an Order and makes the payment. The Client, after payment, will receive access to the purchased course via a personalized link.
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. To withdraw from the Agreement, the Consumer may use the withdrawal form available on the Service’s website or send a statement to the Seller’s e-mail address.
- The Service ensures access to courses free from defects. In case of problems with accessing the course, the Client has the right to file a complaint.
- The Client has the opportunity to use out-of-court methods of complaint handling, including mediation.
- The administrator of personal data of Clients collected through the online Service is the Seller. Personal data of Clients are collected for the purpose of executing the Sales Agreement, and if the Client consents – also for marketing purposes. The Client has the right to access the content of their data and to correct it. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude the Sales Agreement.
- Agreements concluded through the online Service are concluded in Polish.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, about which Clients will be informed via email.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
